He's not, of course. It's just the other way around. According to
Wikipedia, there are 4 Viscounts left out of 445, which is less than 1
percent, while there are somewhat more than 400 DC3s left out of
13,000 built which is about 3%. Which is as close as Proctologist
ever gets to the truth.
