Default Weather in Tierra del Fuego, clothing recommendations

Hello,

I will be in Tierra del Fuego in late February, but I'm not sure what
kind of clothing to bring. How cold is it there? What kind of wind
chill? What kind of snow cover?

The weather is very unpredictable and it can have four seasons in a day,
