News on Olympics accommodations
To help counteract negative publicity:
In its 28 May edition the Athens News reported that plentiful room availability still existed in all hotel categories according to an official hospitality executive with the Athens Organising Committee. The ATHOC is operating a Convention Bueau which people can call to find out all the options available "according to their personal preferences and budget limits." The number is (+30) 210-921-9709 This includes hotels, cruise ships docked in Piraeus and private homes. The lowest prices quoted in the article was for Category C at 90 to 250 Euro per night.
