Default Discussion with the GREAT TCHIOWA (was "Thai Citizenship) Part 3

And he was even selling this as the "most common vehicle"!! LMAO!!
The typical smiling idiotic blind daydreaming Thai apologist.

Go to www.thaiembdc.org and search on "How to Apply for Permanent
Residence Permit"

Here's a quote under "WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT
RESIDENCE":

"A foreign whose purpose of stay in Thailand is for business or
employment purpose ; investment purpose ; experts or academician
purpose ; *---supporting a family who are Thai citizens---* ; being
dependent of a husband or father who is a Thai citizen ; being
accompanied a husband, father, or son/daughter who already has a
residence permit ; and *---retirement---* (aged 60 years old or over
and net monthly income no less than 30,000 baht)."

(arrow emphasis added by me)

So your statement that as a person married to a Thai you can only get
a 90 day visa is proven wrong. And NCO's statement that you can't get
PR as a retiree is proven wrong. And my statement that you can get
residency if you support a Thai family is proven right.

Anything else that you want to prove you don't know what you're
talking about?

Suggest you quit using foreigner's forums like "Thaivisa" as your
reference source.
