Default Discussion with the GREAT TCHIOWA (was "Thai Citizenship) Part 2

(Cheap shots from our master in go-go girls and barfining snipped out)

I guess BAF is not aware of your other stupid claim that you got from the
people at Immigration that you dont need to extend your visa like
everybody
does, but "simply overstay it as you please and pay the fine afterwards."

Apparently you don't know the difference between "permission to enter"
and "visa". The Immigration office in Suan Plu will tell you that you
can overstay a PTE for a few days without problem and pay a small fine
at the airport (they recommend this if you want to extend the PTE for
less than 5 days).

Overstaying a visa is a different story altogether. Please try to
learn the difference.

You need to try to learn the difference as you have written many "advices"
in this group to people who were overstaying their visa with the bull****
that Immigration told you to simply overstay your Visa and clear the debt
at
Don Muang.

No, Immigration told me to overstay my PTE and pay the fine at DM.
Again, you and the people you claim are visa specialists don't know
the difference between PTE and visas.

And YOU did published in SCT and other forums over and over the BULL****
that anyone who OVERSTAY in the country should simply pay the fime at the
airport.

I published what Immigration told me. And it applies to PTEs, not
visas.

Didn't you CLEARLY responded to a poster about extension of his Visa that
you got the reply from Thai Immigration to simply overstay your visa and
pay
the fine at Don Muang.

No. I didn't.

I posted about overstaying a PTE, not a visa. There is a difference.
Learn about it.

I went to Suan Plu to have my visa extended for 2 days and they told me flat
out not to buy the extension. As long as the overstay is under a certain
number of days (5, IIRC) they simply don't care.

"I went to Suan Plu to have my visa extended for 2 days"

READ VERY CAREFULLY:

"MY VISA EXTENDED"
