Default Looking for nice hotel in Sydney that takes the Entertainment Book for discounts

Does anyone know of a nice (comfortable) hotel in Sydney that is centrally
located, my family (2 adults and 2 kids ages 12 and 15) will be visiting in
August and are looking to stretch our dollars without to much sacrifice.

Thanks to any and all the respond

If you're looking for cheap and reasonable, but basic and certainly
NOT 4*, try Roslyn Gardens in Elizabeth Bay. It's only a walk to Kings
Cross (so keep an eye on those teenagers) but also has a kitchenette.
If you're really trying to save, they have rooms with a double bed
plus a double bunk - but your teenagers may not appreciate sleeping in
the same room as mum and dad:-)

Buses 100 metres away take you into the city (about 15 minutes); the
all day fares then allow you rides on all transport including the
trains and ferries.

Usually around AU$90-110 through wotif or needitnow.

There are also serviced apartments available in the inner city if you
do a little searching - your best option if you want a slightly
better quality might be a two-bedroom serviced apartment.

Cheers, Alan, Australia

I can heartily second Alan's recommendation of Roslyn Gardens. We
enjoyed a week there, very nicely situated, walked along the Harbour to
the botanical gardens and the Opera House. Very well operated. When we
return in a few years, that's one place we will revisit.
