Default Homestays in New Zealand for budget travellers

Hi, we are renting a single room as a homestay for
budget-travellers in Waikanae for up to two people for $25 single and $40
for 2 persons inclusive breakfast. Full usage of kitchen and lounge etc.
Waikanae is a small town on the Kapiti Coast, 55 km north of
Wellington on the West coast. Attractions include a nice river and a safe
beach, lovely bushwalk with view over Kapiti (ca. 1.5-2 hours) and Nga
Manubird sactuary.(http://www.ngamanu.co.nz/index.htm)
Close by is Southward car museum (http://www.southward.org.nz/) and Lindale
Tourist park. You can also visit Kapiti Island, which is a nature reserve.
