FBI: Flight Diverted After NYC Woman Lights Up

It's JetBlue's fault, and airlines should be serving alcohol. There, I cleaned that up for you. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 8.0.2 iQA/AwUBR/qGPRv8knkS0DI6EQLqQQCfYI/+jhW28/0AaBVgq58mnuYYo2AAnRMP r/ChOzrJkKnGHZcngwRffPMG =2EPt -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- |

wrote: Yeah, one flight should be a good enough market study for these silly claims alright. Most FA's can give an educated guess on an average amount. If that's not good enough for you, then I guessed about a dozen people per flight - avarage. Prove me wrong. It's not my job proving senseless morons wrong. It's their job to prove they're right. Fat chance, hey moron? And a diversion is extremely rare. The total cost still may be surprising. To who? You? Damn right! I was suprised. You on the other hand, know it all, so maybe not to you. It's no surprise to anyone but you that the pilot is captain of his plane and can take it wherever he thinks appropriate in circumstances like this. Just demonstrates once more how little you know about the airline business. Which also surprises no one that sees the drivel you post. |

You're a real Einstein. It's no surprise that you have no idea what you are reading. And *your* drivel has no connection to "cost of a diversion". It's obvious who the moron is here. |

Sure. Lose even more revenue. Brilliant solution. It's better than losing a flight. |

John Kulp writes:
Yes. Why do you think they serve them? Tradition. They could make more money by serving cigarettes, but they don't. Ridiculous. There is no free lunch. FC passengers pay for their drinks in their tickets. You have no idea how many drinks they serve on a flight. You just made that up as if you knew. And a diversion is extremely rare. Airlines should not be selling or handing out drugs on a flight. |

John Kulp writes:
Sure. That's why all the passengers are willing to pay what it costs to transports themselves right now so none of the airlines are in financial trouble. You really know nothing about the airline business do you? Nobody unaddicted to alcohol is likely to choose a flight or class based on the availability of alcohol. |

It's not my job proving senseless morons wrong. It's their job to prove they're right. Fat chance, hey moron? What I said was a guess. Which is as close as you will ever get to being accurate. You're so stupid that you would take the word of some FA on one flight and assume it's accurate. Hmm. Let's see. You board a morning shuttle flight between Boston and Washington, ask the FA how many drinks she served on the flight and take that as an accurate projection of how many are served on all flights. Everyone knows that people drink as much on 1 hour flights as they do on transcontinental flights. Everyone knows that people drink as much for breakfast as they do later in the day. Etc., etc. This surprises no one who sees your ignorant blathering, but don't let that slow you down. And never mind that this costs the airline no more anyway because they are serving other drinks as well, so why not? Completely stupid. guess - verb 1. to arrive at or commit oneself to an opinion about (something) without having sufficient evidence to support the opinion fully Looks like someone needs a course in reading comprehension. And a diversion is extremely rare. The total cost still may be surprising. To who? You? Damn right! I was suprised. You on the other hand, know it all, so maybe not to you. These incidents causing diversions are so rare that, when spread over the number of flights flown every day, which are thousands, much less yearly, they are infintesimal and important only to an ignorant moron like you. |
