Default Help us choose a vacation

Greetings.

My wife and I are in our early forties. We're looking for a place
to vacation during the winter months. Here's a list of priorities:

- Very few kids
- Weather in the 80s or above (F)
- Access to dance clubs close by that won't see us as geezers ;P
- Ample passive entertainment options (shows, casinos, whatever)
- Romantic/Sexy environment - but not a swinger environment

We've actually considered a resort like Hedonism before, but it is
really not what we are looking for. What we want is a club like
Hedonism, but just for couples uninterested in swapping, but rather
interested in having fun being adults, dancing, etc.

Any recommendations?

Have you checked out Couples Negril? We are in our 40's/50's and will be
going there next spring.

For what it's worth, I'm a travel agent specifically trained to help couples and families choose an island and resort in the Caribbean, given a specific set of criteria from my clients.

I agree with the post regarding Couples Negril. It's (obviously) geared toward couples, but without the "loose" element at the Hedonism resorts. It is known as one of the best, if not the best all-inclusive in Negril. Service and facilities are wonderful, and it consistently gets great reviews.

FYI, though, the pool is being resurfaced from Sept. 5-19, so don't plan a trip at that time.

If you need any more advice or help planning your trip, feel free to contact me. My services are free of charge to you.

Actually, I stumbled on that shortly after I posted. It sounds nice.
Will this be your first visit there (this spring)?
