Welcome to my beautiful 2 bedroom beachfront condo at an intimate 6
unit waterfront cottage condominium on Beach Point in North Truro,
Cape Cod, Massachusetts – just across the town limit from
Provincetown.

Beachfront with this condo literally means slap on the beach. You
can't get closer to the ocean without going swimming! However, I'm
pretty certain that its fantastic private deck facing Cape Cod Bay
also will be hard to resist; being located on the second floor of the
main house it provides you with a splendorous vantage point to observe
what's going on below while simultaneously securing the added privacy
often yearned for while enjoying sea, sand, and life on the beach. And
the view, picture postcard unobstructed panoramic view of the bay and
the Provincetown skyline, is hard to describe in mere words, it's just
too amazing! By the way; did I mention that our beach is private,
belonging only to the 6 units of the Condominium Trust?

When you have balmed your sunburned lips and want to explore
Provincetown, it's good to know that the Service Bus stops right
outside so you effortlessly can enjoy P-town without having to worry
about parking. But why not rent bikes and cruise the short ride into
town? This is an excellent landscape to travel around in by bike, and
you'll find that you're ideally located for excursions along the
numerous bike trails that exist on the Outer Cape Cod, including in
the area of the Cape Cod National Seashore. And, don't forget to go
whale watching while you're here, it's an experience you'll never
forget!

Description:
Sleeps 4 comfortably, but can sleep 6 if necessary. Two bedrooms, both
with double beds. Pullout couch in living room. All rooms have
extensive views of the bay. Full kitchen with microwave oven and
toaster. Bath with shower. Amenities further include air-conditioning,
color cable TV, deck furniture, gas grill, large private deck that
runs the length of the house and faces the bay, parking for 2 cars,
etc. Well-behaved dogs welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

You can rent this spacious condo on a weekly basis from the beginning
of April to the end of November. In cases of vacancy shorter stays
might be available, don't hesitate to inquire.
