NZ Bank Account
I would like to make people aware that ANZ (New Zealand) is a bank that misleads their customers. If BEN BELL is reading this, I hope you understand how serious this matter is. A while ago on the ANZ website, on the 'Pay Anyone' section, there was a text box that (as it stated at the time) what was entered in that text box would appear on your next monthly statement. This was not the case, as there was an error with that text box that ANZ knew about but did not have the decency to let their customers know of the error. This matter has caurse me to loss information that I requested to appear on my statements, yet it seems that after dealing with the Banking Ombudsman, they do not want to take responsibility for this error. The Ombudsman has declined my request for money to paid to me for compensation, therefore I will be seeking other means of dealing with this. I have been a customer of ANZ (formerly Postbank) for all my banking life, and yet this is how I am treated. The bottom line is that ANZ lies. I am going to stand my ground. This case is far from over. -- Posted via http://britishexpats.com |

ANZ stuff up their customers all the time. That is why they rate so low in
the surveys. You must have been lucky to have had no problems up to now. I would like to make people aware that ANZ (New Zealand) is a bank that misleads their customers.
