Money in Eritrea
I'm planning to travel in Eritrea next January. In the Lonely Planet
(2002) they suggest to bring USD (hard currency and Travelers Cheques). I'm from Italy and i would like to know if is possible to use Euros instead. TIA A. |

The only restriction with Euros is that a fewer establishments might accept them. On the other hand, you could use local cambios to change money. First make sure that forex transactions are not controlled. if they are you will have to change your hard earned euros in the black market. -- John 3:16 Posted via http://britishexpats.com |
