traveling to Amsterdam for New years for the 2nd time.
A group of us are going to Amsterdam for New Years Eve. Last year we
relaxed at a coffeeshop untill 11 or so, and then headed to Dam Square. After the eruption of fireworks and champagne, we went to The Doors coffeeshop. I would like to find a more energetic party to begin the new year. Anyone know about that area at this time of year? |

If you go to Rembrandtplein instead for fireworks and champagne, it is surrounded by bars which will mostly be having quite energetic parties. miguel -- Hit The Road! There's even an English pub selling English draught bitter - The Bell. Imagine going to Amsterdam to drink English beer! Try the bar t'Arendsnest at 90 Herengracht, where you cab get hundreds of Dutch beers from specialist Dutch brewers. |
