caution of OSMS's services

Callback services is being provided by the above company for local as well
as for overseas.
Reason for using such a service is to save a few dollars here and there.
My frustration arises during my travel to Thailand. On 3 occassions, this
service does not work. Each time there was an excuse.
The last encounter was when my cell phone service provider slammed me with a
bill of almost $130.00 for outgoing charges.
For that kind of out going call charges, it is amounting to 1242minutes or
over 20 hours of talk time. I never had the opportunity to use during my
travel but why the extra charges that my cell phone provider is charging me?
In short, The above company is NOT a reliable company.

Today I was called to meet with the manager answering to the name of
Jonathan Lee whose attitude was just impossible. Asking to meet but is
denying any responsibilities.
Isn't it a waste of my time? When told that I will post this frustration
over the web the following day, his reply was for me to do it right away.

Guys, if you are using the above company's call back services, watch it as
you may be the next victim too.

Such an arrogant attitude is totally unacceptable as far as I am concerned.
Just imagine, this asshole does not mind even when I told him that I will
express my frustration in the newsgroup, instead he was encouraging me to
post this frustration immediately.
