Default Requirements for toilets on Airliners

Dear Airline Travelers;

My organization maintains the Public Restroom Initiative's Airline Passenger
web page.
http://metroped.org/PRI/Airline.htm
We are looking for Federal Regulations or Guidelines that discuss the need
for passenger toilets on airliners. We are also interested in the personnel
'not allowed to use the restroom' experiences of airline travelers. If
you've had, or know of a situation, a short note to us would be
appreciated.

Thanks for any help or advice,

Robert Brubaker, Director
Metroped Inc.

It may just be an urban legend, but I have heard that MOL is planning to

convert
all the toilets on his Eireflop/RyanAir 737s to pay facilities. A GBP £1

coin or
EUR ¤1.

But he will let you bring your own bag if you want.
