The "Real" question regarding such passengers
"Avian" wrote in message . net... I tried to discuss a real concern, that at least and I and others have expressed. these are not just some concerns of luxury, but what many believe as matters of national and personal security. instead, most of the responses have been poking fun and ridiculing me for even thinking this way. if the idea is to simply marginalize people with my thoughts and accuse of them of being the very thing they are trying not to be (paranoid racists), than that's a pretty sad state of affairs. That's just rich. Sure lots of people feel that same way. That's just scary but not unexpected. Blaming a group for the actions of a few has been going on as long as there is human history. Just right in this United States these "victim groups have included the Irish, Italians, Polish, Germans, Jews, Catholics, Blacks, Mormons, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc. etc. You are right about one thing, it's indeed a sad state of affairs. You need to try a little harder in order not to be a paranoid racist. You started out way behind and you need to go faster in order to catch up. we can be very intolerant in our spirit to promote "tolerance." Somehow you seem to think you are promoting tolerance? In what warped universe are you promoting tolerance? -Avian "Craig Welch" wrote in message ... It's natural and I don't think there is any racism on that level about it. What utter nonsense. Your 'everyone' is certainly different to my 'everyone'. Thank goodness. -- Craig |

And are infiltrating our academic institutions, military, and government, with a specific, clear-cut objective? -- Traveler |

The "Real" question regarding such passengers

let me see. This was an Australian airline on a domestic flight from Perth to Sydney. So, what does this have to do with US anything? Everyone knows that Howard is trying very hard to convince Bush Jr that Australia would make a great little obedient puppy if the USA were to adopt Australia as a state. You see, with the failure of Australia to wein itself completely from Britain, Howard has decided to concentrate on attaching itself to the USA to make the final cut from Britain much easier. Australia will simply put in its constitution that its governor general will be selected by the USA supreme court, which has a lot of experience in selecting the head of state. |

Everyone knows that Howard is trying very hard to convince Bush Jr that Australia would make a great little obedient puppy if the USA were to adopt Australia as a state. You see, with the failure of Australia to wein Wean itself completely from Britain, I happened to be in OZ at the time of the referendum, and was quite surprised that it was defeated. Howard has decided to concentrate on attaching itself to the USA to make the final cut from Britain much easier. He is kept in power, as I understand it (correction welcomed) by the anti-refugee bloc -- Woomera, etc Not so different from Australia's founding ethos, innit? Supposed to have be even more cruel than the U.S. **drang nach Westen*, which was pretty horrendous -- but we're trying to face up to it. Australia will simply put in its constitution that its governor general will be selected by the USA supreme court, which has a lot of experience in selecting the head of state. (Hangs head in shame.) Will Oz voters rise up and proclaim independence? Are they so frightened of other-hued sufferers seeking to share your bounty? Return of "White Australia"? I like you guys and hope you will rise up. -- Traveler |
