Default Aeroplan: Made the 35,000, When am I Elite?

A couple years back I reached 60 segments by July and was given Elite
status almost immediately. Got the pckage with certificates, bonus
miles and the 'E' at the end of my Aeroplan number on the boarding
pass giving me Maple Leaf lounge access.

I just reached 35,000 miles this year. On the web I see I have been
credited with the mileage bonus, but I am still classed as Prestige.

Can't find the transition policy on the Aeroplan web site.

Anyone know when I will be given Elite status?

Thanks
