Viking River Cruises Relocates Offices to Brand New LNR Warner Center

World's Largest River Cruise Line Also Announces Two New Senior
Executives

LOS ANGELES, June 16
With consistent high growth in both revenue and passenger bookings
driving unprecedented expansion, on June 6, Viking River Cruises
relocated to the new LNR Warner Center in Woodland Hills, Calif.,
where they are the first and largest tenant to occupy the new 5700
Canoga Avenue building.

The company also announced the hiring of two new senior corporate
executives: Michael Bonner as Senior Vice President Planning and
Finance, and Robert (Bob) Roe, who assumes the role of Group Financial
Controller. Although both are based in Viking River Cruises Los
Angeles office, they have corporate-wide responsibilities, including
the group's financial functions.

Michael Bonner joins Viking River Cruises as Senior Vice President
Corporate Planning and Finance. He comes from Royal Caribbean
International and Celebrity Cruises, where he was Vice President,
Corporate Planning.

"I am delighted to join Viking River Cruises," said Mike Bonner. "I
have been particularly impressed by their rapid growth and the quality
of their cruise experience."

Prior to RCCL, Bonner worked as a consultant with Booz Allen &
Hamilton. He holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the
Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth.

Bob Roe takes on the role of Group Financial Controller for Viking
River Cruises. Most recently, Roe was Chief Financial Officer at
Uniworld, a Los Angeles-based travel company. Roe's background
includes overseeing mergers and acquisitions, stock offerings,
reorganizations and sales. Roe holds a BA in Accounting and Economics
from the University of Wisconsin, and is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

"I look forward to working at Viking River Cruises to take the company
to the next level," said Bob Roe. "They are poised for tremendous
growth and opportunity as the leader in the industry."

"I am pleased that Mike and Bob have decided to join Viking River
Cruises" said Torstein Hagen, founding Chairman. "They bring the
experience to play an important role in the company's further
development."

The largest river cruise line in the world, Viking River Cruises has
consistently achieved record-breaking growth, with bookings for the
past year (2004) up 43 percent over 2003, and achieving an 84 percent
increase in gross revenue over 2003. In addition, Viking River Cruises
has averaged a strong 39 percent Compound Aggregate Growth Rate,
further distinguishing them as the industry leader.

The US office has grown from six employees and 2,000 sq. ft. at
inception, to more than 80 staff, and now occupies 25,000 sq. ft. of
custom-built office space. LNR Warner Center, located at the northeast
corner of Canoga Avenue and Burbank Boulevard in Woodland Hills,
Calif., is home to other large tenants: HealthNet, Univision, Wachovia
Securities, ATK, and Net Zero.

Since the company's founding in 1997, Viking River Cruises has grown
quickly to become the world's leading river cruise operator with a
fleet of 25 deluxe river cruise vessels in Europe, Russia and China.
The company most recently celebrated the inaugural launches of the
largest and finest vessels on both the Rhine and Yangtze Rivers,
Viking Sun and Viking Century Sky.
