Most Americans don't buy Obama's class warfare rhetoric

"..only 46 percent of Americans believe it is important that the
federal government do something to reduce the income gap between the
rich and poor. The same poll found that 82 percent of Americans
thought economic growth should be the government's top priority. Fifty-
eight percent reject the entire concept of an America divided between
"haves" and "have-nots..."

Is there a country anywhere on the planet which has a thing called
government able to solve that basic human condition of the haves and
have nots through coercion of the haves?

Try starting with totalitarian China as an example.

Is there a country on the planet which has been able to use a thing
called government to solve their problem of the haves and have nots by
coercing the haves?

Start with totalitarian China for a start

You can start with what was cut/snipped along with China:

"The same poll found that 82 percent of Americans
thought economic growth should be the government's top priority."
