USA annual travel insurance -- advice

In the UK it is routine to have annual reasonably priced travel
insurance -- I haven't found similar policies in the US -

We want something with emergency medical evacuation, theft etc

Does anyone know a good source for this type policy?

I don't claim it is necessarily a Good Deal, but AMEX keeps offering me such
policies. Have you checked AAA?

International SOS offers emergency med evac for certain, and in-country emergency medical for certain as I've purchased such coverage from them for several years (traveling to Central Asia, Eastern Europe, SE Asia). Perhaps I misunderstood your inquiry? I do not know if they cover theft. I've always relied on my home owner's insurance to cover that aspect.
