Default That 'panacea" of Socialized medicine in Sweden

Check out the per capita rate of lung transplants US vs, France. I did

That should give you an *idea of the rationing inherent in your Euro
style Socialized medicine schemes but like Evleth, I doubt you will be
able to relate to it let alone admit it due to your religious- like
fanatacism.

The proof is always in the pudding: Sweden and 36 other Marxist
countries are ahead of the U. S., some so poor they don't have a
single carrier group.

On the posting prior to yours, I already presented the stats on
lung transplants, the US and French rates are about the same.
In fact, with respect to need, there are more people waiting in
line for a transplant than lungs available. And with respect
to the total number done, they are not particularly high.
Donors are usually from those suffering heart attacks.

The US like most countries has a 65 yr old age limit on candidates
and they have to have given up smoking for long period before
the transplant. I was 78 when I was diagnosed having pulmonary
fibrosis and did not even inquire as to a lung transplant possibility.
I did decided to be in a clinical program testing a new medicine.
