3 villas 2 Bedrooms Apartment. In this lodging, at the entrance there is the
Living Room equipped with satellite TV, sofa-bed and a WC. At the right side
there is a bedroom with two twin beds and wardrobe. After the living room,
in front, there is the kitchen that has a dining table for 6 pax, canalised
gas stove-oven, fridge and toaster. The water heating is provided by solar
panels. The second bedroom has double bed, bathroom and window facing the
swimming pool leisure area. There are two uncovered terraces (one at front
and other behind), with table and chairs. The leisure area communal to the 3
lodgings include green areas, garden, grass-plot, barbecue, kidney-shape
swimming pool (9mx 5,5m), sunshades, settees and shower. At 500 metres there
are some restaurants. The Montechoro area is known internationally by the
night amusement places and is located only at 1,8 km.
