Eleuthera or Atlantis Resort or Florida Keys?
We're working over some spring break (week of April 16 -) vacation plans for
our family (2 adults, 2 kids - 14 boy and 11 girl). Son wants very warm, crystal clear water with very nice beaches. Activities desired include skim boarding, boogie boarding, snorkeling, jet skiing, sailing, .... A resort setting with ability to escape from the sun frequently (we're very white, well two of us are). Son is working on 3 ideas at the moment: Florida Keys (beaches are weak); Atlantis Resort (expensive, but cool water slides); and Eleuthera. Price is a relative concern. Comfort. Convenience. Fun, fun, fun. These are a few of my favorite things. Presently considering flying to a destination and staying for 5 days. Might consider a cruise with mulitple destinations, but don't want to lose out on beach time. Any ideas, thoughts, etc.? |

Eleuthera or Atlantis Resort or Florida Keys?
If you go to Paradise Island stay at the Atlantis. The hotel and
facilities were wonderful. I would go back in a minute. I would not recommend staying elsewhere and trying to use the Atlantis. If the Keys are not wiped out from Hurricane Wilma it is also a great place to go. On 24 Oct 2005 13:09:25 -0700, wrote: Go to paradise island , stay at the Riu and walk to Atlantis.
