If you mean the 'Haavara Agreement, then of course not.

Being given the choice between expropriation or death isn't really
much of a choice is it...

Plus, entry into Palestine was in the gift of none of the parties
involved.

The "alternative" MAY have been death for the leaders -

Up0 until then the Jewish communities had a policy of cooperating with
the local authorities because they'd discovered that not doing so led
to worse consequences in the long run.

In the Nazis they came up against an enemy who exploited this and used
it against them and exterminated them.

Jews don't do that any more, or hadn't you noticed?
