Default Alaska Cruise with NCL

Hello,

We come from Germany to visit BC in fall, and now we plan additional
an Alaska Cruise through the Inside Passage aboard Norwegen Sun.
It would be our first time. Our questions are, how is the nationality
aboard the ship and what are the valid currencies ! Cad $ or US $
Very thanks in advance

We took the same cruise last August on the NCL Sky. It was
very pleasant. You will find that there is a high
percentage of Americans on board, but there will also be
smaller pockets of many other nationalities. I really
couldn't figure out what the nationality of the crew was.
Our waiters were mostly Filipino, wine steward was Jamaican,
cabin steward was Indonesian and our favorite bartender was
Italian. Quite a mix!

American dollars are what you will need. However, be aware
that the currency exchange at the airport in Seattle is a
terrible rip off. They charge extremely high fees. Using
an ATM will most likely get you the best conversion rate and
the lowest fees.

Enjoy Alaska!
