Ethiopian visa obtainable at Kenya/Ethiopia border?

Hi all:
I plan to spend 2 months in East Africa this winter- a month in
Kenya/Tanzania then travel overland into Ethiopia and spend the second
month there. I have found information stating that the Ethiopian visa
is possible on arrival at the airport in Addis, but is it possible to
obtain a visa at the border crossing between Kenya and Ethiopia?

no, I've been there last winter. I came by plane to Addis where its
possible ti get a Visa on the airport. But if you come by bus or truck
from Kenya its not possible to obtain a visa in Moyale.
Maybe it changed, better to ask in Embassy.
