Trying to book US visa appointment in Canada

I've been trying endlessly to book an appointment on nvars.com, but no
luck yet. I read on some forums about the following agencies that can
book visa appointments in Canada -

Can someone tell me if they are reliable?

Have no information about either but I would be *very* suspicious of a
business using a gmail address.
