pools, poolside bar and tennis court. Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms,
(one double room with window out on to the terrace and one bedroom with two
single beds) a full bathroom, kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker,
gas water heater, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer, toaster, coffee
machine, beater, hand food blender, etc. The living room of 30m2 has 2
double sofa beds, and one single sofa bed, TV, dining table with seating for
8 and access to the terrace with views over the pool and garden. The terrace
has two sections - one under cover with hammock, table and 6 chairs and
storage cupboard, the other part with BBQ, sun beds and large palm tree in
the centre. There is direct access to the pool. A 100m away are coffee
shops, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, Doctor's office and bars. The Hotel
Montechoro and the entertainment park are 200m away. There are parking
facilities.

In summer minimum stay is 1 week. Possibility for long stay rental in
winter.

Facilities: Local shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, cake shops, bakeries,
restaurants and bars at 100m. Hotel Montechoro and Entertainment Park at
200m . Doctor's office at 300m.
