Default Amadeus event codes

Hi,

The following lines are from a PNR reservation history which I'm trying to
decipher:

015 LON001 415 1105 08JAN04 IR/GB/PID38182
015 I7 * I (not sure about this line)
015 AD/ADVSD SKED CHNGD/CHK IN AT 1230.................08JAN04

The thing that I don't know about:
1. Could the third line in event 015 have been added at a later date
(i.e: the PNR record has been modified)
2. Does the first line in event 015 mean an event generated by or received
by "LON001". Any ideaa what the event relates to? e.g: email, phone call
etc
3. What does IR mean in line 1

Many thanks
