Default Hurricane info Website

Hi Hurricane Watchers..

Here is an alternative website for hurricane predictions run
by a hurricane researcher at the University of Miami. It has
been posted that their predictions have been more accurate
than those of the National Hurricane Center.

The University of Miami has both graduate and undergraduate
courses in meteorology and for many years the National
Hurricane Center was based on the campus of the University
of Miami. The University has an extensive hurricane research
program. Here is the website: www.nwhhc.com.

Thanks. This site is very interesting. Seems more accurate on Ivan
which seems to be moving more west than the official websites
predicted.

Hi Peter:

Many thanks for the website. We have a daughter and her family in the
Panhandle of Florida, so we are keeping very close tabs on Ivan and
appreciate having a site which is more accurate.

Another great hurricane website which I use is www.hurricanetrack.com They
actually go into ewach hurricane and bring you info right from the front
lines. They also have a neat tracking tool.
