Yes, all cruise ships have Hotel Directors tat are responsible for all
departments except the Marine araea which is the Captain's job.


Hotel Director's are supposed to make guests happy, but as in this case
he was there to make the Front Office manager happy and let her rule the
roost!

Yes Becca, I thought about unplugging the phone and not answering the
door bell, but curiosity got the best of me!
