Default Dinner sittings

Hi all - on all our previous cruises we've taken first sitting but on
our next, on Dawn Princess, we're thinking of the second.
This is mainly because the theatre is overflowing for the show after
first sitting. Not that that should be much of a criterion, I guess,
if the shows are as bad as they were on the Sun Princess! I figure
that since more people prefer the first, that would make for a less
hurried feeling and quieter atmosphere at the second and we'd have a
better chance of a table for 2. Also it would fit better with
screenings of films on deck. What's your view, folks?

The showroom lounge does get crowded, and I choose late seating in the
dining room. If there is a popular show you want to see, I would skip
dessert and see the show, or I would eat in the buffet that night. If
you eat in the buffet, let one of your tablemates know, or tell the head
waiter, this way they will not wait for you. One difference is, you
will not see many children in the showroom lounge.

How are you and Lynne doing, Joe? You are scheduled for early seating
on the Oasis, but you can change that to My Time Dining, if you prefer.
The hours are from 6:00 to 9:00pm. This ship is just awesome, Joe. I
am trying to talk my oldest son into joining us. :-)
