Raffles hotel in Singapore

The current raffles is a replica of the old one. I dont think there is
anything left of the original hotel. I've had afternoon tea there, and have
to say its a little lacking in atmosphere.

Is the hotel's bar open to the public?

It's mostly 'inside' the new building, although there is one section of
the old outer wall still facing the gardens outdoors.
