Default London, Ontario to Halifax, Nova Scotia

take highway 401 to Quebec at Montreal transfer to south shore take
trans Canada highway all the way to Halifax count on two days Quebec
City is half way and where I normally stop for the night

take highway 401 to Quebec at Montreal transfer to south shore take
trans Canada highway all the way to Halifax count on two days Quebec
City is half way and where I normally stop for the night

Two days for that distance is hard driving. I'd take 2 and a half or
even three. Good B&B's in small town called Montmagny. Then me, I'd
strike for the Marshlands Inn at Sacjkville, N.B.

even three. Good B&B's in small town called Montmagny. Then me, I'd
strike for the Marshlands Inn at Sacjkville, N.B.

I've stayed at the Marshlands. Great place. However, it is well over half way and would probably involve an extra night
on the way. Going from London I would be tempted to slip across the border at Buffalo or Niagara Falls and pan on
stopping for the night in Vermont. We found Killington to be about half way and accommodation during the summer was
quite reasonable.

I've stayed at the Marshlands. Great place. However, it is well over half way and would probably involve an extra night

Hope this isn't too late but the trans canada does NOT go to Halifax,
it goes as far as Truro where you need to exit and take a provincial
highway (102) to Halifax....

Hope this isn't too late but the trans canada does NOT go to Halifax,
it goes as far as Truro where you need to exit and take a provincial
highway (102) to Halifax....
