Default Need help for Hong Kong

We will spend Thanksgiving in Hong Kong. Have two young children ages
8 and 9 (love to walk and explore). Need recommendations on where to
stay and what to do. We are on a budget (three-star hotel is fine).
Need a location that's is convenient yet affordable.

Thanks kindly,

Hong Kong is pretty much on sale these days. Although I heard that 3 star
hotels are in short supply because the hordes of tourists from mainland stay
in these. The Salisbury YMCA is great for location and for kids. See what
you can get from them. Hotel rooms in HK are typically small, so you may
have to book two rooms.

Peter, they should stay in one small room to have the real Hong Kong living
experience... , my flat was 15'X15' when I grew up (family of four),
and that's include the kitchen and bathroom.
