Keep an eye out for Carnival's new credit card loyalty program, which has a
page in the new 2005-2006 fleet brochure. The ad directs readers to http://www.seamiles.com, but it appears that the site is not ready yet, and will be launched on 12/18/04. "Mark O. Polo" wrote in message ... http://www.bizjournals.com/pacific/s...y7.html?f=et71 Aloha |

Be aware, those miles may cost you some additional dollars. Their pricing
isn't the best, and getting a mile per dollar spent on a cruise may not be worth it for the extra money you have to pay. "Mark O. Polo" wrote in message ... http://www.bizjournals.com/pacific/s...y7.html?f=et71 Aloha |

Hi Mike,
You are certainly right in cautioning participation in the mileage programs. The United Mileage Plus card alone costs some $60 annually as a starter. Aloha |

The mileage plus CREDIT card costs the fee, the regular mileage plus card is
free. There may be some confusion here, United has another sister organization that this is a promotion for, you don't get double miles by going to your travel agent and booking a cruise with them, you have to book it at www.unitedcruise.com to get the miles in this program. Hi Mike,
Thanks for pointing out that the United Cruises mileage program can be used by both United's free mileage program and the credit card route. Aloha |
