Geography Question

Hello-
I'd like to ask you all a question, if I may. I don't really know where
to find an answer to this, but it seems someone here might have this
information. If anyone knows, I'd really appreciate if you can help me!

Is there a very tiny island off the west coast of Africa named "Morono"
with a president named "Abai Mabutanu"? Maybe so small it's not on most
maps?

I don't know if what I've read is referring to a real island or not, or
if there's another spelling involved, etc.

No. There's an island country off to the east of Africa called Comoros
Islands, whose capital is Moroni, but neither the president nor the prime
minister is named Mabutanu. In fact I would hazard a guess that nobody is
named Mabutanu anywhere.
