Default Microsoft's Streets and Trips registration

Last month I purchased and installed msStreets & Trips '08, mostly out
of curiosity. Now I keep getting a nuisance reminder that one day
soon it will cease to function if I don't hurry up and register. Am I
correct in assuming that this will in fact self-destruct?

If I do go ahead and register, does this then mean that I should not
allow my devoted sister or my penniless son to install the program on
their own computers because it will place them (AND ME) in double
jeopardy when it comes time for them to also register?

What to do ... what to do???

Thanks for any divine guidance!

Don't know, but if the program has an anti-piracy feature that causes
it to stop if you don't register it, then I'm sure this is spelled out
in the installation instructions and also at the Support section of
the product's official web site.
