Default Ramada Inn Limited in Fort Myers

Has anyone stayed at the Ramada Inn Limited in Fort Myers. I am
looking for cheap accomidations there this December, and have heard
horror stories about other Ramada Inns... Just wondering before I make
my reservation

There is a Ramada Inn Limited on the east side of Houston, TX on I-10. Its
mostly a glorified truck stop with a big gravel parking lot for the big rigs
to park for the night. Lobby was dirty, bathrooms were dirty, service was
on par with a lower grade motel. I think that people get tricked into
thinking that the name "Ramada" means luxury. "Ramada" + "Limited" =
"Decrepit", at least in my experience in Houston.

The Ramada Plaza in San Francisco is another Ramada that I would not
recommend to anyone.

Very ornate glitzy lobby, rude reception staff, dirty pokey rooms, tiny dark
bathrooms, no coffee makers.

Hi Clint,

Just for the record I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn.

I was in the US for 4 weeks in March/April, 2003 and stayed at many
different hotels during that time. Everyone (except Ramada Plaza, San
Francisco) was clean and professionally run by friendly people. We were not
expecting 5 star quality just cleanliness and courtesy.
