Default Chicago-Minneapolis Road Condition?

We are driving from Chicago to Minneapolis early Friday morning. Where
can I get up to date information on the road conditions, snow, etc?

I would assume taking the interstate highway that there wouldn't be any
road conditions related to weather to worry about.

What's all the paranoia about?

Probably about early spring snow storms or fog or heavy rain. It's not
paranoia if it's real. I have driven that stretch where the fog is so thick
I could not see beyond 50 yards. Late season snow storms are not unheard
of.

Mount the antlers on the back of your car and the hunters can't get a
lead on it.
