Nobody's mentioned this, but among inland cities Pittsburgh is
beautiful. Especially that drive in through the tunnel and along Mt.
Washington.

Vancouver, Montreal, Quebec City are quite nice. Toronto is pretty good
too.

theatres, restaurants, night clubs, concerts.

Perhaps but none of those cities struck me as boring.
