NWA miles to DAL miles?
Hey everyone
I am a member of both NW and DL FF programs. As I am sure everyone here knows unless you have been under rock that they are merging. Just wondering if DL is going to automatically move my miles with NW over or if I will need to do that. Also how would I go about moving these miles over if it not done for me? M. M. |

Obviously you didn't get the emails that NWA sent out to all their mile members. They are eventually going to combine the miles automatically. Unless you fly Delta frequently you won't like the change as NWA miles don't expire but Delta's does. I'm setting with 33,000+ NWA miles and can't use them as NWA doesn't fly where I want to go right now. Hopefully I'll be able to use them through Delta when the conversion is made. |

No I did not get their e-mail. Also I do fly with DL a ton. I lost about 7,000 miles with them a few years back, as they expired. I am thinking that I have about 12,000 or 13,000 with NW right now. They recently shortened the time frame but they are good for a couple of years and if there is any activity, it keeps renewing. Sorry meant to say not a lot. Also unlike with UA I can't just get miles for buying my groceries at Safeway. M.M. |

They have an American Express card and they also have a mall but I don't know how expensive they are. My daughter extended her miles by buying something pretty inexpensive that she was going to get anyway someplace else. |
