storey, at the entrance there is the living room equipped with satellite TV,
fireplace, dining table for 8 pax, nearby there is the kitchen equipped with
gas stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee
machine. The water heating is provided by solar panels. At the kitchen exit
there is the swimming pool with carbon barbecue and leisure material. On
this same storey there is a suite with a bathroom, a bedroom and a shower
room. On the up storey there are two suites with bathroom and veranda, a
small storehouse and a terrace facing north and east. From this verandas it
is possible to enjoy a slight sea view. The lodging has iron and ironing
board. The villa is located in a villas urbanisation within a serene
environment.
