3 Bedroom Villa in Algarve with private pool - Vacation Rentals - Portugal

Two floors villa well furnished to cater for 6 adults + 1 child. On the up
storey, at the entrance of the lodging, there is the living-room equipped
with satellite TV, salamander (lumber iron heater) and seats for 6 pax.
Dining table for 6 pax. Near the living-room, there is a kitchen equipped
with an electric and gas stove, oven, fridge, chest freezer, iron and
ironing board, toaster, coffee machine and citron squeezer. The water
heating system is provided by an electric gas water heater. At the
living-room exit there is a marvellous terrace with electric griller and
open view to the countryside and to the pool. The suite with full bathroom
is also located in this storey. On the lower storey there are 2 bedrooms,
one with double bed and other with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have wardrobe.
The villa also has washing machine, ceiling fans, fans and baby-cot. The
leisure area includes private swimming Pool (50m2) and leisure furniture.
The closest golf courses are located in Vilamoura and in Tavira (at 25 km).
Maid service, toiletries and sheets are provided twice a week. Supermarket
1,5 Km away.

Nearest beach: 20 Km ( Faro, Olhão )
Euro 2004 - Algarve Stadium - 16 Km

Availability - Minimum stay one week during Summer. Available for long term
winter lets.
