Umm ... add or subtract 12 from hours past noon, depending on which way
you are trying to convert. And for that, you need an on-line "Converter
Calculator" ?????

It's not needed in Scotland - we've mastered addition and subtraction.

I'm developing a website that will convert
hundredths of a metre into centimetres. Of
course, there WILL be banners and popups.
I have to pay for the math processor, you know.

How hard is it to add or subtract twelve?

Or, why do math at all? Simply memorize 1 PM = 13, 2 PM = 14, etc.
Worked for me.

Little known fact number 299364.

Did you know that in the military there is no such time as midnight.

It is either 23.59 or 00.01.

Confusingly, it is something to do with avoiding ambiguity

You misspelled "urban myth."
