Indonesian domestic flight schedules
I am trying to find schedules for all destinations from Medan.
Unfortunately with the exception of Garuda and Silk Air, none of the airlines are listed on Amadeus. There are numerous small airlines, I believe mostly flying the busy Medan-Jakarta and Medan-Penang routes, but I cannot find reliable schedules for the main regional airlines: Merpati and Mandala. Mandala claims on its route map to fly direct to numerous cities including far-flung Manado, and also direct to Yogyakarta. (http://www.mandalaair.com/mandala/ec...15&selcatid=15) Merpati's website does not appear to work at all. Is there any way of getting accurate schedule/destination information for these airlines? Garuda's I know is online (with destinations outside Sumatra accessed via Jakarta), but how about Mandala and Merpati. Do agents just have a schedule book? No computerised system? |

Indonesian domestic flight schedules
Agents in Indonesia have on line access but not through the web.
Unfortunately it is hard to find which Indonesian airlines fly where and when. I go to travel agents in Indonesia. These links may help you findmore airlines but schedules are often missing. Even at the sales offices at Jakarta airport most do not have timetables on display or to hand out. http://www.aviation-indonesia.com/mo...iewlink&cid=81 http://www.asia-budget-airlines.com/ Neither has a complete list of Indonesian domestics. Try looking at Bouraq, Lion, Adamair, Star; they are probably the other biggest ones. Also Air Asia fly some domestic Indonesian routes and have online booking.
