Put anything of value in my safety deposit box and inform our local
police we are going to be away,and they do keep a good check on our property,as well as our neighbors do. cruise lover(~~~~~) .. |

I've sometimes wondered if cutting service off to newspapers, mail, etc might open one up to risk from unscrupulous employees. We pre-arrange for a policeman to visit our home twice a day while we're away. On one occasion when we forgot to hold service they brought the newspapers to the back and left them on the deck. |
