Chiang Mai-Chiang Rai flights

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if there is a decent airline that flies between Chiang
Mai and Chiang Rai? I am flying internal flights in Thailand by frequent
flyer points, but if my partner does the same routes it is a bit expensive.
Any ideas that aren't flying Thai?

Dunno if Phuket Airlines is a 'decent airline'.
