Need I remind you that Nelson Mandela is an African-American?


thats quite beside the point :-) I have never heard any Brit of
any colour even mention the idea of being American. African, yes,
American, no. If you choose to go back to your roots, you go to
the roots. (could be a song in that) Is there evidence that the
west Indians who came to UK had once been in the US?

(I too would like to hear about NMs forebears)

I can't even drink a long island iced tea any more! Gin has become like
Kryptonite to me...g


so if i'm losing an argument with you I will just startgin
mentiongin a certain product ginerally avaiable here and you will
gin to pieces? :-)
