probably Dragonair. Any travel agent in HK can fix it. Fares were as
low as HKD1900 return in April.

sometimes china eastern is cheaper.
For your reference:
http://www.morning-star.com.hk/eng/packages/ep01.htm

If you will stay in Kowloon, you can go to the Bank Centre, 636 Nathan Road,
Kowloon (Metro: Mongkok Station). There are many reliable travel agencies
there in somewhere around 3rd floor and 4th floor.

If you will stay in Hong Kong side, Hang Lung Centre, 2-20 Paterson Street
(Metro: Causeway Bay) also have about 1-2 floors full of travel agencies.

Those travel agencies might not offer the cheapest air tickets but they are
reliable.

or you may try the priceline.

About 24 hours or less these days. Was 30 when I last did it via
Guangzhou in 1992.

Chinese trains are quite good - I just did Shanghai-Beijing last month
(12 hours). And a lot of the main lines use brand new stock. As well as
the regular four-berth compartments, you can pay extra for a two-berth.
